The date and time you selected is especially reserved for you.  A non-refundable deposit of $15 required at time of booking to secure your spot  if the deposit wasn’t made one the website and will go towards the service balance. Deposit should be sent to luxurygoddessinc@gmail.com

Please contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or changes of appointment.

L A T E  A R R I V A L S

Please let me know if you’re going to be 5 minutes late. After 5 minutes late, there’s a $15 late fee (NO EXPECTATIONS). To ensure timely service to each of our guests, we may need to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.

TRAINING POLICIES

 

• ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE (NO EXCEPTIONS).

• Your deposit will be deducted from your total balance owing on the date of your class.

• The remaining balance must be paid BEFORE your class begins via e-transfer, card, or cash. Payments will not be accepted at the end of the class.

 

• ALL discounted prices are only valid for the original booking date.

Rescheduling will result in the regular full price being applied.

 

• ALL online course purchases are FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

 

• For insurance and quality control purposes, we only use our approved private vendors to supply training kits (both online and in-person). These vendors work closely with us to ensure all products are professional-grade and safe for client use.

 

• Course Completion & Certification:

All students must successfully complete ALL required modules and assignments in order to receive their certificate. Certificates are issued only after full course completion.

 

• Online Course Access:

All online courses include 2 months (8 weeks) of access to the training platform, starting from the date the course is assigned.

 

• If the course is not completed within this timeframe, extension fees will apply to regain access.

Extensions are optional, you are not required to extend your course if you choose not to continue
